Agrivoltaics: contractual, legal, tax aspects in the relationship between farmers and electrical operators

The relationships between those who cultivate and those who produce energy are crucial to the development of agri-voltaics. Different solutions that are also emerging in relation to the current regulatory framework will be addressed. A course directed to highlight the centrality of the agricultural enterprise in the management of land jointly with the production of electricity from agrivoltaic systems, so as to ensure the joint development of electricity production and agricultural continuity.
