CAR ACCESS DURING THE EVENT FOR UNLOADING OPERATIONS
During the event, access to the fairgrounds with cars for loading/unloading operations will be allowed for a maximum of one hour and subject to a deposit of 100.00 euros. Alternatively and always on these days, a free trolley delivery service will be available at the entrances with a security deposit of euro 100.00.

This day is dedicated to the final sample placement operations.
Entrance is reserved for EXHIBITORS ONLY.
 

CAR ACCESS DURING SET-UPS
During set-up operations, access to the district with cars will not be allowed.
Cars must park at the parking areas adjacent to the entrances.
A free trolley delivery service is available at the entrances, with a security deposit of 100.00 euros.

HAND TROLLEY SERVICE WITH DEPOSIT
A free trolley delivery service is available at the entrances with a security deposit of 100.00 euros.

DELIVERY SERVICE
A free DELIVERY SERVICE is also available at the entrances on the 4^th and 5^th of March, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Packages can be delivered to these stations under the following conditions:
-Must be properly packed (otherwise, they cannot be handled)
-Maximum weight of 15 kg per package
-Labeled with destination (company name, hall, stand).
The packages will be delivered directly to your stand at no additional cost.

Removal of samples from the Stand
Friday 7^th March 2025 - ENTRANCE RESTRICTED TO EXHIBITORS ONLY
5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. removal of samples by hand, access for vans and cars. A "Exhibit Removal Voucher" is required.
8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. reservation of loading slots at the pavilion for trucks, articulated lorries, and vans.

STAFF REGISTRATION AND EXHIBITOR DELEGATION

To access the exhibition center during the set-up (and dismantling) phases, it is necessary to:
- Be up to date with invoice payments
- Have obtained approval for the stand projetc
- Activate the technical profile for the exhibitor
- Complete the Safety page in the LOGISTICS section
- Book loading/unloading slots
- Register all people who will need access to the exhibition center during those days

People registration must be done in the "LOGISTICS - STAFF REGISTRATION" section in your reserved area.

The technical profile for the EXHIBITOR, which allows to independently access the area to register the staff, upload the project, and certifications, can be activated by clicking the profiles icon in the top right corner of your reserved area and selecting "Add Profiles."
