With just a few weeks to go before the deadline set by the GSE for small municipalities - March 31 - to obtain the funds provided by the PNRR, the best practices of Legambiente and Kyoto Club's BeComE project with AzzeroCO2 will be told, without neglecting the bureaucratic and regulatory interpretation obstacles that are still present and that risk not making them fully seize the opportunities represented by CERs. How many CERs are already active in Italy? What are the best practices for quality and implementation of solidarity projects.
