Useful info for visiting the show at Rimini Expo Centre

Rimini, 21st February 2024 . To attend KEY . The Energy Transition Expo, Italian Exhibition Group has, as it does every year, laid on a series of mobility services in order to comfortably come and go from Rimini Expo Centre, available to operators and visitors on the days of the event from 28th February to 1st March.

Entry to the Expo Centre: from the South Hall (via Emilia, 155) and East Hall (via Galla Placidia crossroads with Via Teodorico).
Opening times: Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th February from 9 am to 6 pm and Friday 1st March from 9 am to 5 pm.
Ticket Office: entry subject to registration. Cost of a ticket, available for purchase online at this link until 27th February: 12 € (1-day admission) or 20 € (3-day admission). Cost of a ticket, available for purchase online at this link or at the ticket office during the show: 25 € (1-day admission) or 30 € (3-day admission). High-school students can only visit KEY in groups after having made an obligatory booking by 15th February.
Discounted tickets for high-school or university students cost 5 € on presentation of a student card or any other document proving school or university enrolment.

We recommend that you pre-register at this link, print out the ticket and go directly to the turnstiles.

HOW TO GET TO THE SHOW
Trains: Rimini Expo Centre has an internal railway station (Riminifiera), operating only on exhibition days, on the Milan-Bari line, 50 metres from the South Entrance. Approximately 50 trains per day will stop directly inside the Expo Centre. The timetables of Regional, Intercity and Frecce trains (Riminifiera station) can be consulted at this link. Timetables are subject to change, so please check the www.trenitalia.it website. Discounted prices are available on Frecce and other Trenitalia national trains. The Expo Centre is also connected to Rimini Railway Station by bus no. 9 - Via Emilia-Fiera stop (timetable available at this link) or by bus no. 9bis directly to Rimini Expo Centre (timetable available at this link).
For passengers with disabilities and reduced mobility, RFI provides an assistance service, which must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. The service operates exclusively for assistance when boarding/alighting the train and does not include accompaniment inside the Expo Centre. The meeting point is at the railway station ticket office. Planes: Rimini Expo Centre is only 15 minutes by car from the Rimini - San Marino ´Federico Fellini´ International Airport which is about 10 km away. It can be reached by driving on the S.S. 16 Adriatica or with the no. 9 bus (for information: (+39) 0541/715711).
Moreover, the Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport is about 120 km from the Expo Centre on the A14 motorway. The direct and free-of-charge Shuttle Italy Airport will run on the days of the show (for further information call (+39) 051/6479615). Rimini Expo Centre can also be reached from the following Airports:
• Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa on the A14 motorway or by high-speed train (for further information call (+39) 02/74852200, or go to www.seamilano.eu).
• Rome Fiumicino with another domestic flight to Bologna or Ancona or by the Rome-Bologna-Riminifiera high-speed train.
• Falconara, on the A14 motorway (for further information: (+39) 071/28271).
• Venice, Treviso and Bergamo Orio Al Serio, with Trenitalia trains Venice/Treviso/Bergamo-Bologna-Riminifiera.

Thanks to collaboration between Italian Exhibition Group and the Lufthansa Group airlines, for KEY 2024 air tickets can be purchased at reduced fares for the global route network of Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa, SWISS, Brussels Airlines and Eurowings, benefiting from fast and direct flights. Public transport: The no. 9 bus runs from Rimini railway station, as does the no. 9 bis which has no intermediate stops; the no. 10 bus runs from Rimini South (Miramare) and the no. 5 from Rimini North (San Mauro Mare). Further information on timetables and routes at this link.
The new Metromare public transport system is also available connecting Rimini and Riccione stations on a dedicated route, away from urban traffic. The journey takes 23 minutes and stops at 15 intermediate stations. Trains run every 15 minutes.
A ticket is required for public transport services. Different types of Passes lasting several days are available.

E-mobility: Electric bikes and scooters from the Lime sharing company are available via the app that can be downloaded from Google Play Store or App Store. Using the promotional code LIMEXFIERA gives a 1-euro discount on the ride for a total of 2 rides per day for the duration of the event plus one day before and one day after the event.
Scooters and e-bikes are also available thanks to BIT Mobility via the app: by using the promotional code KEYBIT, new users can enjoy 20 minutes of free rides.
Parking areas for these vehicles are located at the South Entrance and inside the Expo Centre´s EAST 1-2, WEST 1-2 car parks.

Cars, parking car hire and taxis: Rimini Expo Centre is connected to the A14 Bologna-Bari-Taranto motorway network, which in turn is linked to the main European motorways. It is 6 km from the Rimini Nord motorway exit. There are two car parks (South and East Entrance) and 26 sockets for recharging electric cars at the disposal of exhibitors and visitors.
