Thomas Miorin
CEO and founder, with REDO SGR, Fondazione Housing Sociale and ANCE, of Edera, a social enterprise for a large-scale decarbonisation and regeneration of the built environment.
He has inspired, promoted and coordinated several national initiatives for sustainable building. As director of innovation and director of Habitech, he promoted the creation of the Green Building Council Italia and the development of LEED certification in Italy, which he then served as advisor and member of the Executive Committee of GBC Italia.
Creator and chairman of REbuild, a platform for innovation in Italian construction, which since 2011 has selected and promoted innovative ideas and practices of sustainability in construction, contributing to their dissemination.
He is responsible of the Energiesprong initiative in Italy, an international initiative for the large-scale decarbonisation of the built environment.
He has been a member of the Technical Scientific Committee of ANCE's Urban Regeneration Lab and of the Italian Building 4.0 Hub, managing director of the first district service center in Italy, contract lecturer at the University of Padua, and professor in several international MBAs.
He has carried out consultancy and training activities in NGOs, international organizations (UN) and national (Ministry of Economic Development), contributing to the creation of sustainable development initiatives.
