Permitting in offshore renewable energy projects: from challenges to best practices

At this conference, dedicated to the topic of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), we will explore how, when faced with complex project challenges, it is possible to implement positive experiences that promote a balance between energy production, environmental protection and landscape preservation. At the round table, we will have the pleasure of hosting the referees of the EIAs already obtained and those who have received positive opinions from the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security (MASE), underscoring the importance of the crucial role that the ministries involved play in guiding and validating strategic choices for the sustainable development of the energy sector. This meeting will therefore provide an overview of best practices and future prospects in the field of offshore renewable energy with a focus on environmental permitting procedures
