Modernization of incentivized photovoltaic systems

The procedures and requirements necessary to ensure the permanence of the incentive tariffs issued by the GSE for the photovoltaic systems subject to the implementation of the interventions, defining on the one hand the set of "non-significant interventions", for which the Responsible Parties are not required to send communications and to wait for the relevant investigation by the GSE, and providing, on the other hand, the rules to be observed for the "significant interventions", with a view to safeguarding the efficiency of the generation park in full compliance with the main requirements that guarantee access to the incentives in relation to the methods of communicating the interventions of replacement/removal of the photovoltaic modules and components.
