The event is developed within the context of the LEAPto11 project. LEAPto11 aims to support European Member States during the transposition and rollout phase of the new article 11 of the EED recast through a joint action of cooperation of their respective National Energy Agencies. LEAPto11 is coordinated by ENEA.

The meeting aims to:

  • present to state of art of energy audits and energy management systems policies in 10 European Member States;
  • start assessing the role of the implementation, at national level, of energy efficiency measures in national policies;
  • present cases of success and discuss on possible failures in stepping from the current energy audit and EnMS provisions to the new ones;
  • gather insights from participant stakeholders in terms of expectations, needs, foreseen barriers on the Industry and SME-related topics in the Recast EED.
