On what dates does the trade show take place?

The trade show will take place from March 4 to 6, 2026.

What are the opening hours of the trade show?

  • The opening hours are: Wednesday, March 4 and Thursday, March 5: from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • Friday, March 6: from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

What is the address of the trade show to set in the GPS?

Entrances and Accessibility

Is the event open to the general public?

Yes. KEY is an opportunity for companies, associations, and freelancers to stay up to date, engage in dialogue, and connect with the energy transition.

Are minors allowed to enter?

Children are allowed to enter, with a signed waiver, from 12 to 18 years old.
Admission is free for children up to 12 years of age. Discounted tickets are available for those aged between 12 and 18.
Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. reminds that minors under the age of 18 may access KEY2026 only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must complete and sign the appropriate waiver form in advance and present it at the Exhibition Centre ticket offices.

Do people with disabilities have to pay for a ticket?

No. Admission is free, also for one accompanying person. Simply go to the ticket office.

Yes, the exhibition centre is fully accessible to people with disabilities.

Are wheelchairs available for people with disabilities inside the exhibition centre?

I am a teacher and would like to bring my class to visit the exhibition. What should I do?

The visit to KEY is reserved to students in the final two years of school, at a cost of € 5,00 per ticket (students with disabilities and professors have free admission) .

The visit day dedicated to schools is the last day of the exhibition, March 6th, 2026.

To confirm the booking please fill the form no later than February 24th, 2026 at the following link.

The tickets can be paid in cash directly at the event WITHOUT issuing an invoice.

For the entry of minor students, following the completion of the form, we will provide you with the release form to be returned to the cash desk completed and signed for each minor student present.

Depending on the means of transport with which you will reach the Fair, you will be notified of the precise entrance from which to access the event.

Are animals allowed inside?

Small dogs are allowed, provided they are on a leash and wear a muzzle.

Online registration before your visit is recommended, but tickets can also be purchased at the ticket office.

I received a discount coupon. What do I need to do to access the event?

  • Register in the reserved area, activate the invitation code on your coupon, and print your ticket.
  • If you are already registered, simply log in with your credentials, activate the invitation code, and you will find your invitation listed among the available tickets.


The admission ticket is valid for one entry on one day only.

 

I received an invitation coupon. What do I need to do to access the event?

Register in the reserved area and you will be able to access the event directly with your badge, without going through the ticket office.

In previous years I received an invitation, but not this year. How can I get one?

Can I re-enter the exhibition centre with the same pass after leaving

How to get to the fair?

How to get to rimini 

  • By car: A14 motorway, exit at Rimini Nord (3 km) or Rimini Sud (7 km)
  • By train: Milan - Bari line, Rimini Fiera station is just 50 meters from the main entrance (active on all event days) or Rimini Centrale — timetables available at www.trenitalia.com
  • By plane: airports of Rimini, Bologna, and Ancona.
